Parlsons is an independent property surveying service based in Greater Manchester, specialising in damp & mould diagnostics, EPC assessments, Retrofit assessments, property condition reports and drone roof surveys. 

Founded by an experienced surveyor with a background in property, asset management and building surveying, Parlsons was created to provide honest, unbiased advice in an industry often driven by product sales. 

Unlike many companies, we do not carry out remedial works.  That means our reports are focused solely on identifying the true cause of the issues - helping homeowners, landlords and professionals make informed decisions without unnesessary costs.

We provide clear, evidence-based reports supported by modern tools including drone surveys and thermal imaging technology.
